All orders are carefully packed by us and shipped exclusively with Deutsche Post or DHL.

Shipping costs

Germany:

• Shipping costs: €5.50
• Free shipping for orders over €50 (excluding shipping costs).

International:

• Shipping costs: €9.00
• No free shipping outside Germany.

Shipping time

• Germany: usually 2–5 working days after receipt of payment
• International: depends on the destination country, usually 7–14 working days

Please note that in individual cases, the shipping duration may be extended due to public holidays, customs clearance, or higher parcel volumes.

Shipping provider & tracking

All orders are shipped with Deutsche Post/DHL and receive a tracking number, which allows you to track your delivery at any time.
The tracking information will be sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our premises.
